Patterns are digital downloads and not physical items.

Ready to Ship items will ship within 2 business days.

Current Made to order turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, but subject to change!

Keep in mind that all colors vary from real life, to computers, and on different screens. Colors printed in separate batches are not guaranteed to be exact. We will not refund for any color discrepancies on our custom designs.

Personalized items or items that need proofs: Proofs will be sent within 48 hours of your order, via email from vermontcraftmom@gmail.com Even if you do not respond, we will order the fabric 24 hours after we've emailed the proof to stay within our turnaround time. $5 redesign fee for our graphic name blankets as they are 100% customized by you and I'm simply inputting the information chosen into the computer.

*Coupon codes are given for a specific reason. If you found a coupon on a coupon website and use it, your order may be refunded. I reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and refund you.
